The fourth Serbian National Report, “Resilience of Municipalities,” will be published in 2016 in Belgrade and is partly based on the 2014 global Human Development Report, “Sustaining Human Progress: Reducing Vulnerabilities and Building Resilience.” The team of experts and researchers is led by Branka Anđelković, Program Director of the Center and an expert in public administration and social inclusion.
