The analysis examined whether the media predominantly adopt the official language of state actors, in which the mass shootings are primarily framed as a security threat requiring urgent and strict measures, or whether they challenge this approach and open space for responses that prioritize support for immediate victims and the community, as well as measures aimed at strengthening trust and recovery. In addition, the analysis considered the main actors and their positions, the explanations offered for the causes of the mass shootings, and the appropriateness of the proposed measures as responses to the tragedies.
