In this text, we highlight the consequences of the application of algorithmic management in platform work in Serbia, as well as the reasons for its regulation.
This is all the more important given that, unlike the emerging regulatory framework in the EU in the field of algorithmic management, the legal system of the Republic of Serbia does not contain provisions of a similar nature.
