Normative regulation of the development and use of artificial intelligence (hereinafter: AI) represents a key area in the drafting of future legislation. The impact of AI on contemporary global economic flows, the public and private sectors, and social relations in general is so pronounced that it is necessary to appropriately regulate how it is developed and used. The development of AI-based products has reached unprecedented scale, such that they are, at times imperceptibly and at times with the knowledge and awareness of users, gradually transforming the experiences of contemporary society and individuals within it.
